Ecochexx Support

As part of our continuous improvement program we now offer an email based support system which replaces the existing telephone help line. The new system enables us to deal with your request more efficiently and ensures a timely response in a variety of languages.

To access the support system click on the "Support" tab located on the top R/H side of the application. This can be accessed from anywhere within the EcoChexx application. When the "Support" page loads the left hand side will provide access to the module specific help files and the right hand side will display a list of country specific email addresses. Select the appropriate address by clicking on it and an email screen will appear. Please provide as much detail as possible on the issue you have including a contact telephone number to enable us to respond more rapidly to your request.

Application Enhancements
August 2008

The EcoChexx team are pleased to announce a number of enhancements to the Training module that are now available for immediate use. These are designed to provide improved flexibility to the system and can offer considerable time savings.

The additional functionality need not affect the way you currently work as they are optional but we believe they will enhance your EcoChexx experience. Further updates to the EcoChexx application will be released during 2008 as part of our continuous improvement program.

Training Module
The training module provides a simple to use solution for all of your training needs. Managing your resources is made easier with automatic scheduling, electronic registers, advanced notice of expiry dates and a wide range of performance reports.

Course Manager
The Course Manager now incorporates the ability to assign an unlimited number of staff on a specific course. Dates are then selected for when the courses will be run and those requiring training can then be linked to specific course dates. A simple colour coding system ensures you are always aware of the current training status for each member of staff:

Electronic Register
The new electronic register provides an effective method of recording the details of those members of staff that have been allocated a place on a course. The ability to select from a range of competencies ensures that an accurate record of achievement is maintained.

Automatic notification in the form of a task can be sent to the attendees and their managers providing information on the grades achieved and the status of their training

Trainig Documents
A new Training Documents section has been added allowing an unlimited amount of files to be attached to a course. This ensures all relevant course information is accessible to the trainers in one easy to access location. Direct access to this information is also available through a link on the course register.

PlanChexx Procedures
PlanChexx procedures can now be attached to a course providing a solution to maintaining records on which members of staff have been trained to clean specific items of equipment.

Reports
A new Budget report has been added to the existing range which allows the cost of training to be monitored against multiple budgets. The training matrix has been upgraded to include additional functionality making it easier to manage company wide training needs.

The Ecochexx.Net team are pleased to announce a number of enhancements to the Hygiene and Monitoring & Control modules will be released in the near future. These new functionalities are designed to provide improved flexibility to the system and considerable administrative time savings.

The additional features need not affect the way the user currently work as they are optional. However, they will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of working with Ecochexx.Net.
